HOW TO ORGANIZE LINGERIE

1. Bra storage boxes are made of hard plastic to keep bras from deformation. The bras are folded to retain their for and placed in order in the storage box. It is quite convenient to store bras in the box as they allow to prevent mess, tangling and keep the bras in their shape.

2. There are special lingerie drawer dividers that are inserted into a drawer to create different compartments for storing bras and panties. Each item is folded carefully to fit the compartment and is kept like that till use. Every new piece of lingerie goes to one of the compartments created by drawer divider and you never see your drawer in a mess again.

3. Proper storage is important for keeping lingerie in good condition for a long time. If you find your lingerie drawer in a mess regularly then it’s time to properly organize it. There are now many tools of organizing available to make any drawer look neat and always keep things in order.

What is a shapewear?

A shapewear is an undergarment design to temporarily alter the body shape into a slimmer, curvier and sexier. The function of a foundation garment is not to enhance a bodily feature (as would, for example, a padded bra) but to smooth or control the display of one.

Shapewear comes in all styles now and is also available to men. Although shapewear maybe marketed as a sculpting wear, but it’s powers aren’t unlimited. It won’t cut down two dress sizes but only will help you look better in tight-fitting clothes compressing one or two inches of your figure. Shapewear also should be worn properly if you want to avoid swelling due to bad blood flow and other health problems. Here are some tips on how to wear shapewear properly:-

 

•  Choose Right Size

Right size is as important in shapewear as in any clothes or lingerie. Shapewear is restricting so going down one or two sizes can really restrict your blood flow causing swelling. A smaller size of shapewear won’t make you smaller. The bulges will go up or down but they won’t magically melt away. So if the piece is rolling up or down then the shapewear is too small for you. It won’t work better if the size is smaller. It just won’t.

 

• Choose Control Level

Shapewear varies in control levels of the body parts. Some have light levels of compression others have very firm. It’s quite obvious that the firmer the piece is the less time you should spent in it due to high level of restriction. Light control levels can be worn if you need to look smooth every day. But the less time you spend in shapewear the better.

 

• Health Risks

You might want to ask recommendations on the proper use of the shapewear from the lingerie expert as you might suffer some serious health risks if you are wearing the wrong size shapewear. If you are sporting the wrong shapewear size (smaller one) its bands can be too tight and cause swelling or blood clots in legs due to decreased blood flow. If the shapewear in the upper part of your body is too restricting you may suffer breathing problems and you may also experience heartburn. When the internal organs are firmly compressed the acid may go up to esophagus causing heartburn.
